Approach

An engagement with an ending.

Betty is not a second management team. We come in for six or twelve weeks, leave a written frame, and leave the cadence behind us. If we cannot see where we are useful in the first session, we say so.

Week 0

The working session

Half a day with the owner. We leave with a yes, a no, or a narrower question. You are not billed for a performance of interest.

Weeks 1–2

Listening, then a frame

Conversations with the people who feel the friction. A short paper: the business as it is, the decisions hiding inside the calendar, and what we propose to stop.

Weeks 3–6

Decisions, installed

The offer, the price, or the meeting — whichever was the real subject — is rewritten with the people who will run it. We sit in the first cycles. We do not run them for you.

Weeks 7–12

Only if the work needs it

Some companies need a second beat: a pricing change that has to survive contact with customers, or a founder stepping out of a meeting that still calls their name. Twelve weeks is the long form. It is not the default.

After

We leave

You keep the written frame and the cadence. We are available for a pointed question. We do not remain as furniture.
